The nVoq Board of Directors is comprised of a group of seasoned and talented technology executives with practical industry experience across a wide range of organizations. They provide subject matter expertise that has helped shape the strategic direction and long-term vision of the company.

SteveFlannerySteven Flannery has extensive experience in technology startups and venture capital. Mr. Flannery joined technology company Sitera in November of 1996. As CEO, he drove the growth of the Network Processor business, culminating in Sitera’s acquisition by Vitesse Semiconductor in May of 2000. Following the acquisition, Mr. Flannery acted as VP of the Network Process Group for Vitesse thru 2002. In 2001, Mr. Flannery, along with his partners in founding Sitera, was awarded the Esprit Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Colorado. He is now a partner in FLS Partners, chartered to help small technology companies prepare for business success and complete first rounds of significant financing. He currently serves on several Boards of Directors.

Prior to Sitera, Mr. Flannery served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Mobile Data International (MDI) in Vancouver, BC; Vice President of R&D of Motorola’s Mobile Data Division; and Vice President of Development for Norand Corporation. In each firm, he was responsible for the design of wide area and local area networking products for the mobile data environment.

Mr. Flannery was also responsible for international manufacturing for MDI with production facilities in Vancouver and Puerto Rico. He was part of the executive team that led both MDI and Norand through initial public offerings. Mr. Flannery holds a combined MS/BS in Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
