nVoq is seeking experienced candidates for an Account Executive (Sales) position to focus on capturing new Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners and continue our revenue growth. You will interact and build relationships with Healthcare software vendors whose product suites facilitate more effective patient care by decreasing the administrative burden on caregivers.

About This Role

The ISV Account Executive focuses on the ISV community which is a strategic growth priority for nVoq. This role recruits healthcare ISVs to embed HIPAA-compliant speech recognition into their suite of healthcare software. The ISV Account Executive is responsible for maximizing uptake and utilization of the nVoq solutions platform by targeting and developing commercially viable engagements with this ISV community.

This position reports to the VP of Platform Sales (based in the Upper Midwest) and is intended as a virtual role for someone with an established home office and expected travel at approximately 50% within the US and Canada. The ISV Account Manager works with a predominately virtual management team and the Boulder HQ office provides office hoteling as needed. Compensation includes a significant variable component based on attainment of commercial targets and partner satisfaction objectives.

About Your Opportunities

  • Execute nVoq's go-to-market strategy for ISVs by identifying and engaging target vendors
  • Manage the engagement life cycle with targeted vendors including: qualification, evaluation, contracting, onboarding and account planning including regular revenue forecasts
  • Coordinate joint value proposition development including solutions marketing activities
  • Stay abreast of current industry trends and developments as a contributing member of the nVoq platform sales team
  • Travel 40-50% including regular visits to the Boulder HQ office every 4-6 weeks, partner and other team meetings, and participation within relevant industry events.
  • Closely monitor competitor platform activity from a commercial and functional standpoint
  • Serve as a platform ambassador for nVoq at relevant industry events and end user conferences
  • Collaborate with team colleagues for internal and management reporting processes and partner management infrastructure
  • Improve healthcare for millions

About Your Abilities (REQUIRED) (IE. “You Can…”)

  • Partner account management experience in the software industry (4+ yrs)
  • Display executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Effectively conceptualize and communicate platform synergies with a strong technical orientation
  • Develop clear proposals and present with confidence and minimal guidance
  • Find and pursue new business with vigor and networking-savvy
  • Develop SaaS business model proposals and assist with contracting
  • Work effectively with a distributed virtual organization

What Could Set You Apart

  • College degree in related field
  • Experience with OEM-centric platform vendor organization (such as: Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Cisco, HP or Microsoft
  • Healthcare industry experience
