We at nVoq are excited to expand our presence in North America, thanks to Microsoft Azure!

We’ve been working since 2010 in the US to deliver SayIt, a practical, affordable, cloud based speech recognition solution for Healthcare and Customer care customers. No, we’re not a household name (yet), because we’ve chosen to spend our dollars on product development and innovation, vs. big booths at national trade shows or mainstream media. Instead, word of mouth referrals is largely how we’ve grown our business to date – and we do it in Healthcare exclusively through channel partners.

Unlike other companies who’ve chosen to compete with their resellers using direct sales, or to limit what can be sold to whom; we believe in investing in our channel. Many of our Healthcare resellers have been selling in this space for decades, and really understand clinician workflow. They know their customers’ pain points and how best to address them using voice. It’s hard to replicate that deep subject knowledge and hands-on perspective with back-office telesales.

Since SayIt became available in Canada this past month, we’re quickly signing up new users thanks to some of our current resellers who serve North America. But there’s definitely room for more, so we’d love to hear from ISVs, HIT services firms and consultancies interested in a true cloud solution for their customers. We offer a simple client application that’s out the gate compatible with virtually any EHR, radiology information system, laboratory information system – no integration required. APIs are also available for developers who want to voice-enable their applications. There’s even a wireless mic for the iPhone. And, we offer no-obligation trials before you buy.
